ROLE: Senior Strata Manager
SALARY: $100-120k + Super + Bonuses - experience dependent

Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

Maintain a portfolio of large Strata schemes, build relationships, and be a trusted advisor in all things strata.Facilitate and attend AGMs and other meetings.Prepare budgets, agendas, and minutes with support from other departments.Interpret legislation and assist in the enforcement of by-laws.Maintain insurance, coordinate repairs and maintenance.The successful applicant will have many years of direct experience within Strata Management. In addition, you will have first-class communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and be professional in all aspects of strata management.
