Senior Storeperson Full Time (Melbourne)

Alltruck Bodies is an Australian owned industry leader in commercial truck bodies and trailers with manufacturing facilities located in Melbourne & Brisbane. An opportunity has become available at our Dandenong facility for a suitably experienced individual with a current forklift license. The successful candidate must be organised, proactive and be able to efficiently liaise with both internal and external stakeholders. Attention to detail is critical in this role as is the ability to accurately account for all inward goods deliveries from unloading through to reconciliation of the paperwork.
To be successful in this role you will need: Previous inwards goods receiving experienceDemonstrated experience working within a steel fabrication / manufacturing environmentA current and valid forklift licenseAbility to load / unload pallets and materials using a forklift or pallet jackAn understanding of stock storage, warehouse layouts, racking limits and stocktakesKey Attributes are: Confidence in dealing with all parties both internal and externalFlexible with a can-do attitudeStrong work ethicAccuracy and attention to detailTeam PlayerPunctual & reliableBe able to clearly read, write and speak English.Hours are: Monday to Friday, 7am to 3.06pm with overtime offered as required.
