With almost 600 locations across 7 different countries, they are now committed to expanding their portfolio in AUS & NZ.  Now seeking a highly motivated, experienced and passionate Senior Store Designer to be part of the group's evolution and support each brand to realise their full potential. 



About the role

The responsibilities of this role is to design, document and project manage refurbishments and new stores.  You will be responsible for the design and planning of branded stores from concept design, preliminary design and tender/ construction documentation in line with design standards across all brands. 



Key responsibilities: Design & Documentation of projects on time and on budget – new stores and renewals, ensuring documentation meets brand requirements, is consistent with company standard, accurate and meets compliance. Management of key design milestones/approvals with stakeholders. Management of systems/templates/guidelines to reflect evolution of design and effectively communicate this to relevant parties. Present and communicate design to stakeholders and design team. Oversee and mentor designers - utilise resources and relationships to assist with productivity of department. Liaise with internal and external Project Managers, Leasing/Development, Operations, Legal, Centre Managers/Tenancy Coordinators, Consultants/Suppliers, Retail Design Managers – in relation to project design & programme delivery to ensure the quality, timelines and costs are adhered to and continually improved. Adhere to local council requirements such as health and planning/building requirements and compliance requirements such as Work Health and Safety. Qualifications & experience: Proven experience in a Senior Concept Design role, either from an internal/client side or with an agency/interior design firm. Strong background in design concept development and innovation. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop or equivalent. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment. Excellent communication skills to articulate and present design concepts effectively. Experience in contributing to the review and enhancement of brand design.
