About the Role – Senior Statutory Planner Reference number 80 Full Time, permanent  We are seeking a suitably skilled and proactive Senior Statutory Planner to provide high level advice and assess a wide range of developments across the Council district.  About You To be successful in this role you will have: Formal qualifications in Urban and Regional Planning or, similar. Extensive knowledge of the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 and Regulations.  Proven experience delivering excellent customer service and managing complex planning applications. Excellent communication skills and proactive approach to build positive relationships and meet deadlines consistently. A track record of prioritising tasks and problem solving to create a positive customer experience.
