Policy, Planning & Regulation (Government & Defence) We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Senior Statutory Planner to provide leadership for Council's statutory planning team. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating all statutory planning functions including the assessment and determination of planning applications and the provision of advice to proponents and applicants. The successful applicant will have: Comprehensive knowledge of and experience in statutory planning. Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills. High level of organisational skills. Experience in managing staff. Experience in delivering presentations. Experience in analysis and problem-solving relevant to Statutory Planning. Qualifications required: Degree in Town Planning or a related field Position Hours: Full-Time, 75 hours fortnight.
