Government - State (Government & Defence) Full time $100,219 – $108,698 per year + 12.75% Super We are seeking an experienced stakeholder engagement officer to join the Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA). In this role, you will support the delivery of a stakeholder engagement framework and implementation plan for the Queensland residential rental sector.This role will plan and manage the delivery of collaborative initiatives and advocate to ensure a proactive and consistent approach to stakeholder engagement. It will require the development and maintenance of internal and external relationships to facilitate the RTA's strategic objective to extend positive influence and impact in the residential rental sector.This position is a fixed-term full-time role located in the Brisbane CBD with flexible working arrangements.About the roleThis role will support embedding of the RTA's recently developed stakeholder engagement framework and the engagement principles (purposeful, proactive, collaborative and accessible) through the organisation. The role will support the delivery of implementation plan activities to enhance the RTA's leadership role in the residential rental sector, increase tailored customer service delivery, improve employee capability, and ensure governance is in place to underpin strategic stakeholder engagement.The role will also provide a secretariat function for formal meetings with stakeholders, maintain current information on stakeholders and engagement activities, and support procurement, governance and reporting processes associated with delivering the stakeholder engagement framework and implementation plan.
