This role is a salary Grade 9/10, with the base salary for this role starting at $120,859 - $133,183 base plus superannuation, commensurate with experience.

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive individual who thrives on creating and implementing personalised stakeholder engagement strategies to join our team as a Senior Stakeholder and Engagement Officer.
In this role, you will lead our stakeholder engagement and communication initiatives and play a key role designing and managing specialised engagement platforms and activities tailored for the construction industry.
These initiatives aim to inform and influence both internal and external stakeholders while maintaining INSW's strong industry reputation.
Some of the key accountabilities for the role include:
Maintaining stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management to engage key partners and provide updates regarding project status and implementation.
Coordinating targeted communications and engagement activities with construction industry and NSW Government infrastructure delivery agencies.
Providing support across the INSW communications team, including Corporate Communications and Media and Parliamentary services teams.
Managing, overseeing and evaluating all aspects of planning, development, and implementation for a range of communication and engagement initiatives including developing project plans, coordinating resources, meeting reporting requirements, and supporting project-related activities, to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time and to quality standards and within agreed scope.
About You
We are looking for a passionate individual dedicated to their professional growth and development.
This role requires either tertiary qualifications in media, marketing, or communications or equivalent experience and knowledge in these areas.
An added advantage would be possessing an IAP2 Certification or having significant experience in managing complex communication and engagement initiatives.
Furthermore, experience in spearheading industry-specific engagement platforms and activities that impact stakeholders is greatly appreciated.
Key qualities include robust communication and negotiation skills, adeptness in managing stakeholders across different levels, and strong project management capabilities to efficiently handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
