Key Job Responsibilities Lead the recruitment and on-boarding of new associates for our Fulfillment Centers, Delivery Stations and Sort Centers.
Support with auditing the compliance to defined processes and procedures including but not limited to Salesforce management, Eligibility, Reporting and Associate Experience.
Continually identify and implement process improvements.
Participate in Workforce Staffing specific projects.
Develop and maintain effective communication processes to ensure smooth and efficient flow of information between key stakeholders.
Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the Workforce Staffing Managers or Specialists.
Minimum Requirements - 6+ months of human resources experience - 6+ months of customer service experience - 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience - High school or equivalent - Experience in confidential environments PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 1+ years of human resources experience - 1+ years of customer service experience - 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience Acknowledgement of Country In the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
