Incentive: Eligible applicants who move to Queensland from an interstate or international jurisdiction to take up permanent or temporary employment (greater than 12 months) may receive up to $20,000 incentive payments under the Queensland Health Workforce Attraction Scheme.
Remuneration: We are offering a competitive remuneration package up to $528,085 p.a., including salary between $210,332 – $266,677 p.a., employer superannuation (up to 12.75%), salary sacrifice perks, and flexible rostering for optimal work/life balance.
Role Overview The purpose of this role is to provide high-quality evidence-based clinical management, treatment, and care to patients requiring Respiratory and Sleep Management services at Hervey Bay and Maryborough Hospitals. This care will be provided within the scope of practice granted by Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service (WBHHS). The exceptional care our patients receive is provided through multidisciplinary teamwork, leadership, and effective implementation of quality and safety systems. The position also actively participates in research, development, and implementation of education and training not just with medical staff but across multidisciplinary teams in line with best practice.
