Skip to content Medical Specialists (Healthcare & Medical)Government - State (Government & Defence) The hub is at Rockhampton and includes community services at Capricorn Coast Hospital, Gladstone, Biloela, Emerald, Theodore and Moura Hospitals; Blackwater Multipurpose Health Service, Woorabinda Multipurpose Health Service and Outreach Clinic; Gemfields Outreach Clinic.About the role:Provide high quality Psychiatry services to consumers of the Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs Service and provide clinical leadership for the Mental Health clinical team.About you:Mandatory qualifications: MBBS or equivalent eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia.Registration or eligibility for registration as a Specialist in Psychiatry with the Australian Health Practitioner Agency (AHPRA). In general, this will require Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP).The position requires a candidate with a solid background in psychiatric practice. The successful candidate will also demonstrate extensive skills in facilitating effective mental health care across the continuum of adult psychiatry.What we offer:Salary information:Total remuneration value of up to $528,432 p.a. is comprised of:A salary between $210,332 - $244,313 p.a. (L18 – L24)A salary between $251,527 - $266,677 p.a.
