About the team
Airwallex's Growth and Ecosystem Product team is focused on driving rapid growth and adoption of SME product offering at global scale, as we evolve to an increasingly self-serve experience.
What you'll do
You will work with a talented and dedicated design, data, and engineering team and lead them to generate meaningful commercial impact via product-led growth, as well as building best-in-class experiences for our customers.
This role is based in Singapore, Melbourne, Sydney, Hong Kong, or Shanghai.
Responsibilities:

Lead high-impact projects from ideation to launch.
Create delightful experiences for customers when they set up and manage their business accounts.
Manage and enhance the User Experience of the central Dashboard for customers.
Drive rapid adoption and activation in the SME space through Product Led Growth initiatives.

Who you are
We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
Minimum qualifications:

5-10 years of overall professional experience.
Experience in product management, go-to-market propositions, product design, product planning, and development.
Exemplary academic achievements (e.g., high GPA, Dean's list, scholarship, etc.).
Experience working on customer/user-facing products and driving UX/UI enhancements.
Experience considering both user requirements and commercial strategy in order to drive meaningful product growth.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in any of the following is a plus: hyper-growth startup environments, software engineering, financial technology.
In-depth knowledge of Product-led Growth initiatives.
Drive, grit, and persistence to take ownership and move ideas to reality in short periods of time.
