About the role Lifecare Homecare is a leading provider of community allied health services in Perth, and they are seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist to join the team. In this role, you will be providing clinical assessments, developing, and implementing therapy programs, and providing resources to clients and their families to ensure the provision of optimal health outcomes.
You will work alongside other Allied Health Practitioners to ensure your clients receive a holistic approach. You will also establish referral connections with existing and new referrers and be required to write and prepare reports for the relevant funding bodies such as NDIS.
Lifecare Homecare provides allied health services to individuals in their own homes, with a focus on aged and disability care. Therefore, we are seeking a Speech Pathologist with experience working with older adults and/or the disability demographic.

Member of Speech Pathology Australia. Minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably in Community, NDIS, or Homecare. Strong communication and organisational skills. Exceptional observational and report writing skills. Strong leadership skills. Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team and autonomously in the community. Full working rights in Australia. Clean driver licence, access to own vehicle, and comprehensive car insurance. Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or able to obtain. Willing to undergo a National Criminal History check upon successful application. About Lifecare Homecare
