Senior Speech Pathologist

The ORS Speech Pathology team in Gosford is expanding and we are seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist to join the team, supporting NDIS participants with complex communication (including high-tech AAC prescription), swallowing needs and/or complex behaviours!You will join a national team of 60+ Speech Pathologists in our NDIS division providing clinical services to participants aged 0-65.
You will work across early intervention, school age, adolescent and adult services with clients who have various presentations, diagnoses, and disability types.You will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth, and ORS offices.You will have access to regular supervision from a Speech Pathologist, internal professional development opportunities (Special Interest Groups, Monthly Discipline Specific In-services, and Multi-Disciplinary In-services) and the opportunity for clinical specialisation.You will benefit from multiple layers of speech pathologists in your leadership team – Team Leader, Regional Manager, State Manager, and National Manager.
