Senior Speech Pathologist

Key Responsibilities: Deliver tailored speech pathology services to clients, including NDIS participants.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement personalized care plans.Provide mentorship and support to junior clinicians (preferred but not required).Work with clients of all ages, including paediatric cases, to help them achieve their communication goals.Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's or Master's in Speech Pathology.Current SPA (Speech Pathology Australia) registration.Minimum 2 years of experience, including expertise with NDIS.Strong communication skills; paediatric experience is ideal.Supervisory experience is preferred but not mandatory.What's on Offer: Competitive salary: AUD$104K-120K per annum.Superannuation (retirement fund).Travel allowance and reimbursement of flight costs (up to AUD$15K).Professional Development Allowance: AUD$3K/year.Generous sign-on bonuses (up to AUD$10K).Why Work with Us?
