Senior Speech Pathologist – Team Lead

The Role:
As a Senior Speech Pathologist/Team Lead, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality speech pathology services while leading and supervising a dynamic team of professionals. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise an experienced and diverse team of Speech Pathologists and clinical support staff.
Manage your own caseload by providing high quality speech pathology services to clients through individual therapy, group therapy, telehealth, home and school programs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the speech pathology service and programs.
Initiate and participate in quality improvement to evaluate service delivery.
Participate in multidisciplinary assessment and treatment programs.
Participate in the development of policies and procedures, documentation and evaluation of speech pathology services.
Contribute to the strategic planning, development and implementation of the speech pathology service.
The successful candidate will have:
Experience leading and growing a speech pathology service.
Experience in managing a paediatric caseload, providing advanced level assessment and intervention to children with disabilities and/or developmental delays.
Self-motivated and adaptable to the needs of each client, as well as the team.
Passion for supporting and empowering families in regional WA.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Role Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and current practicing registration with SPA.
Completion of 100-point identification check.
Current C Class Australian drivers' licence.
Ability to obtain a WA Working with Children Check.
Ability to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check.
