Role Overview: We are looking for Senior Speech Pathologist to join our growing multidisciplinary team.
The Senior Speech Pathologist will provide a clinical and non-clinical role.
Senior Speech Pathologist will provide mentoring to current speech pathologist, supervision, assessments and therapy to clients and families using a family-centred approach.
Responsibilities: Clinical and non-clinical role: Mentoring and SupervisionAssessments and therapyEducate parents and other cares involved in the clients care around therapy goals and recommendations.Develop, conduct, and evaluate individual therapy sessions, clearly communicating intervention plans and expected outcomes to families.Monitor and document client progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
