Our Lihir operation in Process Plant is now recruiting for the position of Senior Specialist - Processing As a Senior Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing operational technical expertise for key projects and ensuring the safe and effective execution (manning, resourcing, and planning) of planned shutdowns for Back End operations . Your proactive approach will ensure the smooth operation and schedule of weekly maintenance of Autoclaves, CIL, Tailing Circuits, and CCDS , acting as the conduit between adjacent and external work teams and the operating plant.
The preferred candidate must have at least 7 years of demonstrated experience in gold mining processes, including crushing, milling (SABC), flotation, and thickening , with time spent in a supervisory role. In addition to your technical expertise, the role requires providing regular feedback, coaching, and formal training to team members . Therefore, a Certificate in Workplace Assessment and Training or a similar qualification is desirable.
