You will deliver what matters by: Designing and implementing leadership development programs to cultivate and enhance leadership capabilities across all levels of the organisation Managing talent management processes such as talent and succession planning to ensure a robust pipeline of talent Supporting the delivery and evaluation of learning programs that address the developmental needs of employees at all levels Establishing metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives Supporting change initiatives by contributing to change interventions Collaborating with external partners, industry experts, and professional networks to stay abreast of best practices, implementing these where it makes sense to do so Using metrics and data analytics to assess the impact of leadership, talent, and learning initiatives Generating insights and reports for decision-making and optimisation What you will bring to the team: Proven experience in a similar role or related areas (for example in a learning or People and Culture team), with a track record of driving impactful initiatives Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies Strong facilitation, coaching, and consulting skills Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making Enthusiastic and nurturing, with exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written Proven experience using technology to enable talent, learning and leadership solutions Experience using learning and talent technology – for example LinkedIn learning and SuccessFactors (SAP) Create the future What gets us excited about working here?
