Top End Diesel, a well-established, family-run and owned truck and trailer parts retailer, is seeking an experienced and dedicated spare parts interpreter to join our growing team. We specialize in providing a comprehensive range of truck and trailer parts to a broad range of industries. Candidate: Strong technical understanding of Truck and Trailer parts Desire/capacity to introduce higher levels of customer service to the local market Proactive, reliable, self-motivated, and the ability to work under pressure Good problem-solving skills and effectiveness in prioritizing multiple tasks Be a team player with high attention to detail Experience in procurement and inventory management Capacity to work in a small but dynamic team Forklift license (desirable) Tasks and Duties: Timely response and efficient management of customer enquiries from the counter, phone, and internet Preparation of quotes, purchase orders, and timely completion of other related documentation Assisting other team members in daily transactions Assisting in delivery and maintenance of the warehouse as required Your knowledge and passion for the trucking industry will be rewarded with an excellent salary package, and a secure and rewarding position.
