Josef Chromy Wines hosts one of Tasmania's premiere winery, restaurant and cellar door operations. We are an award winning restaurant space overlooking the cool climate vines and stunning grounds. Operating a large modern kitchen, we craft every dish with heart and honesty, using only the best local produce available.
