Senior Sous Chef

Sous Chef Pub Style Venue | Melbournes Northern Suburbs I am seeking a seasoned, hands-on Sous Chef to join a vibrant, fast-paced pub kitchen team.
This role will suit an experienced chef with leadership skills and the ability to manage service effectively in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
The Role: Overseeing service Managing monthly stocktake Ensuring smooth daily operations Ordering Working off established supply process Cooking and working all sections of the kitchen including pass Working with Head Chef and Food and Beverage Manager Maintain quality Collaborative team environment with a close-knit, experienced crew Training and development Note: This role involves stepping into a well-established team dynamic.
About You: You're a senior chef with proven leadership experience and a strong track record managing busy kitchens.
You can manage service under pressure and thrive in a fast-moving pub kitchen environment.
Menu design/creation or rostering experience is not required for this role.
You understand the importance of team dynamics, clear communication, and leading by example.
