Job Description:
As a senior member of the team at King Clarence, you will be working closely with Khanh Nguyen and play a pivotal role in maintaining our exceptional reputation.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Demonstrating expertise in adhering to NSW regulations related to health, safety, and compliance, including a strong understanding of HACCP management.
Calculating costs and liaising with suppliers.
Directing kitchen operations and managing kitchen staff.
Overseeing the food preparation, cooking, and cleaning processes.
Delegating tasks and resolving issues as they arise.
Ensuring compliance with hygiene and health and safety regulations.
Liaising with the general manager to ensure operations run smoothly.
Ensuring all ingredients are fresh and meet quality standards.
Vigilantly monitoring portion control and waste reduction.
About You:
If this is the right role for you, it is essential that you have previous experience in a similar, ideally a fast-paced, hatted restaurant. You must be able to display strong technical skills while effectively communicating with all stakeholders.

Pay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year

10 hour shift.
12 hour shift.
8 hour shift.
Afternoon shift.
Day shift.
Evening shift.
Weekend availability.

Experience:
Kitchen: 5 years (Preferred).
