About the Role:
As Senior Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in leading kitchen operations, managing the team, and ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. You'll play a pivotal role in menu development, staff training, and maintaining a dynamic, productive kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the Head Chef and Executive Chef to develop seasonal, innovative menus Oversee kitchen operations, from prep to service, ensuring efficiency and quality Mentor, train, and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a positive work culture Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in line with regulations Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control About You:
