The RiskNarrative platform is a truly zero-code orchestration platform revolutionizing the way our customers in regulated markets globally manage the complex task of fulfilling their regulatory requirements and mitigating both AML and Fraud risk. The RiskNarrative Core Solutions Consulting team is a place for problem solvers and out-of-the-box thinkers, a truly collaborative environment where we support each other to creatively solve our customer's challenges and achieve excellence.About The RoleYou will support a high-performing RiskNarrative Solutions Consulting team supporting APAC-wide sales activity, working collaboratively with Sales on an exciting range of customer projects across a wide range of regulated markets. You must have great interpersonal and communication skills, be highly motivated with a great sense of initiative.The Senior Solutions Consultant role within the RiskNarrative SC team will place you in a fast-paced environment, bringing a consistently varied workload, allowing lots of potential for exposure to a broad range of customer conversations at all levels, and opportunities for growth. The technology is cutting-edge, and the capability is both broad and infinitely configurable, meaning that no two customer projects are the same.ResponsibilitiesAct as RiskNarrative deep domain subject matter expert on the RiskNarrative platform and its application across regulated markets.Support high-value and/or complex opportunities.Be responsible for acting as the lead technical specialist for global RiskNarrative sales activity, to support commercial engagements where deep technical product knowledge is required. The role is to help give prospects the confidence and understanding of how the RiskNarrative solution operates and will interface with their internal architecture, to ensure the success of the sales team, and correspondingly the global RiskNarrative sales target.Be responsible for maintaining high levels of RN product and market knowledge across the RN Core SC team.Alongside RN Solutions Consulting Director, take responsibility for creating and maintaining Global RN SC Best Practices.Assist sales calls remotely or face-to-face in qualifying opportunities and delivering product demonstrations and presentations.Manage Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs), and remote Proof of Concept (POCs) processes.Support the training of internal teams in understanding RiskNarrative, and delivering excellent solution demonstrations and customer engagements.Support the sales team in pricing customization.Responsible for leading the presentation of the technical aspects of the RiskNarrative solution through demos and process flows to help evidence how it aligns with our customer's requirements. This will require understanding of the RiskNarrative API (Application Programming Interface) and some basic understanding of the infrastructure, architecture, and security protocols to manage initial discussions with customers.RequirementsExperience in pre-sales/solutions consulting, professional services, or sales role, working collaboratively with Sales Teams, understanding the full sales life cycle & processes.Proven experience gained within a Technology and/or Data focused organization and solution implementation experience.Proven experience leading complex sales engagements selling cloud technology into regulated markets.Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in customer-facing contexts. Ability to convey technical subject matters in simple, business-friendly terms.Highly motivated self-starter, naturally proactive with a great sense of initiative.Public speaking, or public presentation, Financial Crime and Compliance industry experience would be beneficial.
