The Senior Solutions Consultant is the technical backbone of the sales organization. You are responsible for working alongside the Account Executives to evangelize, design, propose, and demonstrate our business value to customers. You will have an aptitude for technology and business acumen. You thrive on autonomy while being a productive team player. The character and competency you bring to the sales process is a critical component to this role.
What you will be doingWork closely with Account Executives on new business and cross-sell opportunities to own the technical aspects of the sales cycleWork with prospective customers to understand their business and technical requirements and create solutions that address their business challengesHelp qualify opportunities and ensure that they are a good match for Siteimprove solutionsDemonstrate Siteimprove solutions and explain how they solve the challenges of our customers and prospectsStay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance your technical proficiency. Provide guidance on best practices and ensure the adoption of industry standards.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders acting as a trusted advisor on technical matters. Address client concerns and proactively identify opportunities for additional value.Interface with Product Management and Product Marketing teams to provide field feedback on product requirements and market trendsSupport customers technical due diligence and perform efficient and persuasive evaluations maximizing the benefits for the customerWhat we will require of youA minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in solutions consultingExcellent presentation preparation and delivery skillsAbility to grasp and simplify complex technical details of solutions for our customers and prospectsStrong critical thinking skills with a proven capability to work both independently and with others to solve complex problemsStrong written and oral communication skills; ability to present ideas and suggestions concisely, clearly, and effectivelyStrong organization, planning, and project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks for yourself to meet requirements and deadlinesAbility to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve resultsAble to thrive in fast-paced work environmentsAUD 102,000-132,000 per-year-salary
