We are looking for individuals with strong sales acumen and proven B2B/SaaS sales experience. These individuals will leverage their expertise to enable our account management organization and cross sell Kaseya's industry-leading Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery products to our existing customer base. Our award-winning portfolio of 42+ IT software solutions create a complete, integrated, and highly automated platform for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and mid-sized internal IT organizations (SMBs) to get the most out of their multi-functional IT staff. You will manage and close new sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. This is a technical sales position that involves basic knowledge and experience in IT sales.
As a Solutions Specialist, you will be an expert on one product, responsible for selling to Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and the Internal IT departments of our SMB customers. You will serve as a strategic, go-to member for our sales teams to identify and convert transactional and high-value deals. Your product knowledge and technical expertise will enable you to utilize a consultative, trusted-advisor approach, to diagnose unique needs, position differentiated benefits of the product, and close business.
Duties and Responsibilities: Evangelist for our BCDR portfolio of products: Act as product advocate within each assigned sales team.Share best practices and solutions with Account Managers and become their go-to sales resource.Create and deliver product presentations and demos to internal and external key stakeholders.Diligent follow-up on all assigned account management generated leads.Marshal internal resources as needed through the entirety of the sale cycle.Quickly understand client technical and business requirements.Conduct business-oriented discussions with customers to understand their needs.Sell & articulate VALUE of how our software will benefit their organization.Streamline complex processes and implement workflows designed to increase efficiency.Provide direct customer feedback and competitive intelligence to continually improve our products.Manage and maintain an opportunity pipeline spread across multiple account managers.Provide accurate forecasting/pipeline information to management on a weekly basis.Consistently meet and exceed monthly quotas.The Ideal Candidate Has: 3 - 5 years demonstrable track record of successful inside sales experience.Technical knowledge and/or experience in software sales.Expertise in the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery space.Technical understanding of software, hardware, applications (SQL, Exchange, Sharepoint), virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix), Operating Systems (Windows, Linux, MAC, etc.).Personable, with convincing phone etiquette, high energy, and enthusiasm.Experience building relationships at all levels of an organization over the phone.Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a telephone environment.Experience selling to MSPs or working for MSPs is a plus.Our Benefits: Earn exceptional compensation based on your own effort and merits – your earning potential is uncapped and is driven by your hard work, resilience, and success.Network - meet company and industry mentors and leaders, allowing you to form relationships you can build on in the future.Great Place to work – Cool office in Manly, Sydney Australia.
