About the role:Join our team of passionate MYOB Enterprise product enthusiasts, sharing industry insights and technical expertise to enhance customer benefits. Collaborate with sales, implementation, and support teams for an outstanding customer experience.Assist in technical scoping and solution design for MYOB Acumatica Enterprise Products, guiding prospects, customers, and partners with your pre-sales expertise.Foster positive relationships with our Sales teams, assisting them in overcoming complex business and technical obstacles as they strive to achieve their objectives.What will keep you busy:Support our sales team by delivering technical solutions that fit our customers' needs and help close deals.Build and deliver engaging product demos, presentations, and proposals that highlight the full value of MYOB Enterprise.Work closely with our Business Development Managers (BDMs) to craft the perfect sales pitch and help customers through change when needed.Maintain the quality of our documentation and tools, including product demos and models that measure return on investment, to consistently present our best work.Stay in the know about the latest MYOB products, competitors, and third-party integrations to give our customers the best advice.Jump into lead qualification, discovery sessions, solution design, and reviews to help boost our win rate.Build expertise across ERP, Payroll, and Workforce Management, contributing to revenue, new site targets, and customer success.What we'd love to see from you:Proven experience in pre-sales, ideally with a background in ERP solution selling.Knowledge of Payroll and Workforce Management is a plus, with experience in selling complex or technology solutions being essential.A strong track record in customer-facing roles, delivering training and presentations.MYOB Enterprise ERP experience is a bonus, but not a must.Demonstrated success in engaging and influencing senior collaborators.Experience in managing or implementing ERP, Financial, or Business Management solutions is highly desirable.
