Architects (Information & Communication Technology)Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Principal Solution Architect to join their team in Sydney. As the Principal Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in leading and delivering high-quality solutions to clients. You will be responsible for providing strategic guidance, technical expertise, and thought leadership to drive the success of project and managed services offerings.What you'll do:Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and IT requirements.Develop strategic IT roadmaps and recommendations aligned with clients' objectives.Design comprehensive IT solutions leveraging the company's portfolio of managed services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and infrastructure offerings.Lead project initiatives from inception to completion, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery.Serve as a subject matter expert on IT infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and emerging IT trends.Cultivate strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for all IT-related matters.What you bring:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCIE, CISSP) preferred.Extensive experience (8+ years) in IT consulting with a focus on managed services.Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from concept to completion.Strong technical proficiency in Azure, Microsoft 365, networking technologies, virtualization, and cybersecurity.Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset.Key Technologies:Azure Storage Accounts, VMs, AKS, SQL, Front Door, App Gateway and VNETsASR, Azure Backup, Soft Delete, Versioning, Replication availability zones, PPGs & availability setsRouting, Switching, Firewalls, TPI/IP, NAT/PAT, DNSDynamic routing e.g. BGP, VNET Gateways and Express Route.
