About the role:  The Solution Architect is responsible and accountable for:
Developing and leading the overall vision that underlies the projected solution and transforms that vision through execution into the solution.
Developing policies, strategies and best practices to deliver technical architectural design, plans and strategic direction of technology investments for the PathWest enterprise architecture.
Leading the development of technical solutions for the implementation and support of specialised applications (clinical and workflows), software and interoperability, and technology and computing platforms.
Anticipating opportunities and trends in information and communication technologies and initiates change and innovation to enhance product and service delivery and shapes future strategy.
Providing high-level advice to internal and external stakeholders and clients in the development and implementation of technical application solutions, technology and computing platforms, and interoperability requisites.
Ensuring that Policy, Standards, Procedures and requirements are met and exceeded to ensure excellence in public Pathology in Western Australia.
This key role is responsible to deliver outcomes from technology systems that enables the successful execution and continuous improvement of clinical and business processes.
