You'll be immersed in a dynamic high-growth environment and empowered to excel, take informed risks, and drive ingenuity across the enterprise.As a key member of the Supply Chain Management solution discovery team, the Senior Solution Architect will work closely with internal business stakeholders across various functions, as well as suppliers, to define and continuously align a technical and architectural vision and roadmap with our evolving Supply Chain Management operations strategy.The Senior Solution Architect will also work closely with the delivery team to ensure the right solutions are implemented and delivered to the business on a regular cadence.ResponsibilitiesDefine a technical and architectural vision and roadmapWork with business stakeholders and suppliers to define high-level solutionsEstablish critical Non-Functional requirementsEvaluate and recommend vendor and/or development solutionsDesign and plan system implementation, enablers, and/or integrationRapid PrototypingAnalysis of design decision impactEstablish a system framework that enables continuous deliveryFollow Agile Architecture PrinciplesAct as a Tech Leader for a large transformation programQualifications and ExperienceRequiredExperience in a similar role as part of a major IT System TransformationExperience working in Agile teamsExperience managing vendorsExperience with software development teamsExperience with o9 Advanced Planning solution (or other Supply Chain Planning application)Experience with Supply Chain Solutions and ERP applicationsPreferredExperience with Supply Chain ManagementExperience with ERP systems (Oracle EBS/Fusion)Experience with Manufacturing, Logistics, and/or ProcurementExperience working in a Continuous Exploration or Discovery teamCertified SAFe Architect, or equivalentBasic knowledge of TOGAFJoining us is more than saying "yes" to making the world a healthier place.
