Your MissionAt Propeller, our goal is to deliver solutions that make an impact on our customers and you will be joining a team that plays a vital role in achieving that. You'll be jumping into our platform team to enhance our shared capabilities that will be used across our engineering teams to build great customer experiences.
You will build and deliver products and tools that allow us to grow our customer base. One of your first focuses will be improving the authentication process that our customers experience, ensuring we are able to cater to all the different sizes of customers we have. As we have grown our engineering capabilities significantly over the past few years, so has the importance of our developer experience. In this role you will be involved in building out processes and systems which makes Propeller a great place to be a software engineer! The key to being successful in this role is that you enjoy impacting customers as much as you enjoy improving the lives of your colleagues.

Your Skills You're truly Full Stack, with extensive experience working on both Front end and Back End projects throughout your career. You've worked in React, NodeJS, Typescript and ideally have commercial experience in Python. You have experience building and/or instrumenting developer tooling to help improve the developer experience of those around you You're competent with AWS or any other similar cloud provider You're a natural at stakeholder management and have strong project leadership skills. Bonus points for: Experience working in Django will be beneficial in upcoming projects.
