Join our Banking and Financial Services Engineering Enablers Team as a Senior Software Engineer, where we are a disruptor to the existing business banking landscape and need your help to take our team to the next level, delivering industry leading levels of reliability, security and ease of use.

What role will you play?You will own the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of the team owned product and platforms as well as owning the growth and development of an engineering team. You will be empowered to make independent decisions for the team and partner effectively with product, and other teams in the business area. As a tech lead, you will write code, represent the team, review and plan for feature deliveries, deal with the details of project management and help the developers in their careers.
What you offerExperienced Senior software engineer with a strong focus on Java, Typescript, and ReactExperience in designing and developing cloud-native applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Solid understanding and exposure to containerisation and orchestration, KubernetesExposure to DevOps practices and tools, CI/CD, monitoring, and logging.Experience with platform engineering and microservices architectureFamiliarity with site reliability engineering (SRE) best practicesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilities.About TechnologyTechnology enables every aspect of our business, for our people, our customers and our communities.
