IS THIS SOMETHING THAT INTERESTS YOU? Develop new and build upon existing solutions for both local and international clients Assist in leading the development team throughout the entire Software Development Lifecycle Work on new product development, implementing new tools and technologies, and shaping the product direction Building Front-end components that can be used across a wide range of products Lead a team of experienced developers across multiple projects and product groups Create and complete testing scripts on code to ensure what has been developed operates accordingly Work collaboratively across all teams in the business to ensure best practices are maintained Partake in all brainstorming, strategy meetings, and innovation processes to help guide the direction of the system Work closely with the commercial team to understand each client's individual needs and develop with the user in mind KEY SKILLS: A real passion for code with experience in a full stack environment covering ideally C#, React & .NET or .NET Core Previous exposure to cloud technologies Experience working in a fast-paced environment Experienced in developing new tools to be used across new and existing products A proven track record of working collectively to meet deadlines A high level of understanding of Agile Methodologies Demonstration of experience in object-oriented design patterns and have an awareness of SOLID principles EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, and 4 years' relevant experience 5+ years' experience in back-end software or full stack development languages and frameworks At least one major skill outside of programming such as monitoring, performance optimization, documentation, integration, testing, or visual design Frameworks: .NET Relational Databases: MySQL BENEFITS: Employee Performance Related Bonus Flexible Working Hours Generous Holiday Package Secure Company Hardware #J-18808-Ljbffr
