What You'll Bring to the Table Skills & Capabilities Proven track record of technical leadership: You have 5+ years of engineering experience, including architecting and leading development of world-class product experiences. You've successfully mentored engineers and can guide technical decision-making across multiple projects and teams.Technical excellence in frontend development: You have deep expertise in modern web technologies and frameworks, with a proven ability to architect scalable frontend solutions that balance performance, maintainability, and user experience.System design and architecture: You can design and implement complex systems that scale, making thoughtful technical decisions that consider both immediate needs and long-term maintainability. You have experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.Technical strategy and vision: You can develop and communicate technical roadmaps, make architectural decisions that align with business goals, and guide the team through complex technical challenges.Engineering best practices: You have a strong background in establishing and maintaining engineering excellence through code quality standards, testing practices, and CI/CD processes.Thoughtful problem-solving: You approach problems holistically, starting with a clear and accurate understanding of the context.
