KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the design and architecture of complex software systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Develop high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code in accordance with industry best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver innovative solutions. Mentor and coach junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Conduct code reviews and participate in technical discussions to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. Investigate and resolve technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions in a timely manner. Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and trends in software development, and proactively propose new ideas and approaches to enhance our products. Lead and participate in architecture discussions, providing insights and recommendations for improving system design and performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze feedback, prioritize features, and drive the evolution of our products. Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure software quality and reliability throughout the development lifecycle. Drive the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies within the engineering team. Contribute to the documentation of software designs, architectures, and technical processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 2 years of professional experience in software development Experience designing and building distributed systems, microservices, or cloud-based applications. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical challenges. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
