We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead a small group in developing innovative solutions to elevate our capabilities and enhance our member will provide technical leadership, mentorship, and expertise to ensure high code quality and foster team ownership. You will drive the development of innovative solutions and collaborate closely with product, design, and business teams to understand customer problems and translate them into effective systems design approaches, together with: Foster efficient team collaboration, communication, and knowledge sharing to drive faster problem-solving.Deliver high-quality software solutions in a timely manner, reducing technical debt and improving software maintenance efficiency.Drive improvements in software quality, testing processes, and user satisfaction through effective leadership and collaboration.Utilise technologies such as , TypeScript, front-end frameworks like React or Angular, and cloud providers such as AWS or Azure.Obsess over simplicity, continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency and results. For this role, we're also looking for: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer, with a strong track record of technical leadership and mentorship.Proficiency in , TypeScript, and front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.Experience with cloud providers such as AWS or Azure.Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for driving innovation.Proven expertise in successfully implementing and managing complex solutions in production environments, demonstrating a keen understanding of scalability, reliability, and performance optimisation.
