Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop high-quality, scalable, and robust software solutions within the CargoWise platform.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and incorporate emerging technologies.Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a technical excellence culture.Lead the architecture and implementation of new features and services.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing performance and user experience.Our Development TeamWorking in a continuous delivery and automated deployment environment, we ship 3500 upgrades a week.
