Our culture prioritizes your growth with tailored learning programs and mentorship.Embrace Challenges, Celebrate Success: Take on challenges, learn from failures, and celebrate achievements together.Shape the Future: Your contributions will shape the future of entertainment.Key Responsibilities: Work closely with third-party payment providers or gateways and internal systems to architect and design payments infrastructure.Architect and design scalable, high-performance payments system in alignment with project requirements and company standards.Optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and inefficiencies.Actively engage in hands-on coding and development, ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicating technical concepts and project updates.Provide technical leadership, guiding and mentoring junior engineers in the team.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.7+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, focusing on scalable system design and development.2+ years of technical leadership experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks relevant to the role.Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring, and guiding teams.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex technical challenges.Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications: Experience building global payments systems for gaming or entertainment.Experience working with payments providers or equivalent payment processing systems.Knowledge of PCI-DSS compliance in payment systems.Experience building payments fraud system (e.g. decisioning / rule engine, chargeback tools). #J-18808-Ljbffr
