You will be playing a crucial role in developing the next generation contact center, and get the opportunity to deliver scalable, resilient systems while maintaining a constant customer focus.
As a senior engineer on our team, you'll help lead the team's end-to-end development, from requirements to implementation, and work closely with other senior technical leaders across the organization.
You'll have a sound understanding of computer science fundamentals and practical industry experience, working across the stack with technology involving modern web, SOA, databases, AI, ML, Big Data, and more.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
