Permanent part time opportunity to provide a high-level Social Work clinical services as a member of a multidisciplinary team within the Critical Care, Women's & Children's Service Lines.

Demonstrate high-level understanding of the environment in which clinical decisions are made to influence health outcomes, including a broad understanding of the continuum of care and the organisational provision of multidisciplinary health services. Develop effective professional relationships and demonstrate a high level of advocacy, negotiation and conflict management skills between patients and their families, other health professionals and stakeholders to inform/ influence clinical outcomes and/or encourage behavioural change. Actively engage in continuing professional education to develop clinical practice knowledge and expertise in accordance with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) Code of Ethics and Professional Practice Standards.
