About Your Role The Allied Health Professional is an integral part of the multidisciplinary care team, providing high-quality complex clinical services to patients/clients of the Murrumbidgee local Health District in order to meet their health and wellbeing needs.
This position is responsible for the management, coordination and advocacy of Social Work Services at the specified facility and provides consultancy on a range of clinical and service delivery methods to staff across the MLHD.
This position will also be responsible for a 0.5 FTE clinical caseload, requiring the clinician to perform novel, complex and critical discipline specific work within the acute setting with a high level of professional knowledge.
Senior social worker with clinical case management experience highly desired.
