Senior Social Worker

Psychology, Counselling & Social Work (Healthcare & Medical) Western Health is seeking a Senior Social Worker Grade 3 ongoing full-time to join the Sunshine Hospital Psychiatric Inpatient Unit.

About the role You will lead, manage, and provide expert guidance to the multidisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality services that promote well-being and safeguard vulnerable consumers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead a team of Social Workers and provide exceptional operational oversight, supervision, guidance, and supportLead research and quality activities and maintain data reporting and analysisProvide professional leadership through pro-active participation within the Social Work service and multidisciplinary teamAbout you It is expected that you will hold:
