The team leads the development and implementation of effective clinical governance, quality improvements, workforce development, and an integrated IUIH Network Social Health service delivery model.About the RoleThis position will oversee, support, and embed an IUIH Network Social Health service delivery model that ensures cultural and clinical aspects of care are balanced.
The role will also be responsible for supporting staff development and growth.
