What to Expect in This Role: Prepare work papers for SMSF compliance Produce SMSF financial statements aligned with current legal and accounting standards Collaborate with the SMSF Auditor, addressing any queries that arise Identify accounting and compliance issues relevant to the SMSF process Prepare documents and assist with client meetings when required Ensure compliance with lodgement deadlines and requirements What Qualifies You for the Role:
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in professional accounting within the Australian SMSF sector.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report-writing and presentation abilities.
• Solid analytical and critical reasoning skills, with experience in interpreting and reporting financial data.
• Interest in working on a national level, collaborating with interstate teams and clients.
• Intermediate to advanced IT literacy, including familiarity with Class Super.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on customer service and technical development.
• Relevant qualifications or professional accreditations in Business, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or similar disciplines (preferred).
