Our client is a unique public practice accounting firm with a well-respected reputation in the industry. The firm has an established client base which includes an impressive portfolio of clients. They are currently seeking to engage an experienced SMSF Accountant remotely working with the firm's long-term clients.
About The Role
This is a role for an experienced SMSF Accountant who is seeking an excellent career opportunity and where you can work fully remotely from your own home. Your duties will include:
Completing compliance duties for SMSF (BAS, Financial statements & tax returns)
Managing around 100 – 150 SMSF
Managing a portfolio of clients and maintaining strong client relationships
Ensuring clients are made aware of compliance obligations.
Assisting Directors and Managers with advisory services.
About You
You will be an experienced SMSF Accountant who has a demonstrated history of undertaking high-level SMSF compliance and advisory work. You will be professional and maintain high standards regarding your work. Ideally, you will possess the following:
A minimum of 3 years' experience working with self-managed super funds in an Australian Accounting Firm.
Excellent time management and organization skills.
Experience working with CLASS or BGL 360 highly regarded.
