The position follows a Monday-to-Friday (5/2) roster.Our Senior Site Supervisors are at the front line of each of our customer's operations. They are the face of our business and one of the many reasons why we continue to be a global market leader in blasting. Always.We respect and value all.Together we succeed.We act with integrity.We are committed to excellence.Accountable for the operational success of of their sites, our Senior Site Supervisors are charged with leading and motivating onsite teams of talented Blasting Professionals and Operators, to ensure safe and efficient delivery of services on each of these client sites.No two days are the same in the lives of our Senior Site Supervisors, therefore adaptability, a cool head under pressure, an ability to prioritise tasks, and providing superb levels of customer service are key to their success.We strongly encourage diversity in every role we have here at Orica.
