About the company 

Our client is a locally owned home builder who specialise in building single and double storey detached homes as well as multi-unit developments. Due to sustainable growth they are seeking to add a Senior Site Supervisor to their team in Melbourne's Southeastern suburbs.
About the role  Supervise works carried out for volume and medium-density projects. Reporting to the Construction Manager. Liaise with clients. Liaising with trades to ensure deadlines are met. Interpreting building plans, regulations, codes of practice, labour control and material deliveries. Completing quality assurance inspections Skills & experience 
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Site Supervisor. Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills and a positive can-do attitude. Advanced knowledge in OHS regulations. Strong trade base. Ability to communicate with subcontractors in an effective and positive manner. Culture & Benefits
