Senior Site Manager - Sydney - Lead Group

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Manager to lead our luxury multi-unit residential project in the Eastern Suburbs.
As the number one on-site, you will be responsible for managing all construction activities, developing and implementing the site program, ensuring adherence to project schedule, budget, and quality standards, and supervising and mentoring site teams.Key Accountabilities:Lead and manage all on-site construction activities.Develop and implement the site construction program.Ensure adherence to project schedule, budget, and quality standards.Manage site safety and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.Supervise and mentor site teams, including subcontractors.Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.Proactively identify and resolve potential issues.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.About YouTo succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record of experience as a Site Manager on a multi-unit luxury residential project in the Eastern Suburbs, strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and time-management abilities, thorough understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations, and proficiency in the use of construction software.We offer an estimated annual salary of $120,000 - $150,000, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
The ideal candidate will have experience within the residential/commercial space, completing projects over $30 million in value from start to completion, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Relocation from another state is an option, but you must be able to commence this role by January 2025.
