The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team.
As the Senior Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in uniting the on-site team and supporting the Project Manager to ensure the successful completion of each Landmark development.
You will oversee the safe, high-quality, and timely delivery of large and complex construction projects, ensuring every phase meets the highest standards.
Roles & Responsibilities: Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries Liaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on schedule Develop and maintain great rapport with site teams and stakeholders Working closely with the Project Manager managing the construction program Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site.
Desired Experience: Previous experience working for a developer/builder desirable.
Ideally completed projects within new build class 2 valued in excess of $50m - $100M Proven experience as a Site Manager working on high-rise residential projects from start to finish Proven experience of effectively managing a team including sub-contractors, in a professional manner and ensuring longevity of relationships Good understanding of health and safety legislation and requirements, has proven experience of effectively controlling site safety.
