This is a unique opportunity to oversee the project from inception to completion, playing a pivotal role in shaping its success. Your Role:
As the Senior Site Manager, you will take ownership of all on-site activities, ensuring smooth operations and quality control across all phases of the project.

Day-to-Day Site Operations: Oversee and coordinate all site activities, including subcontractor management, site setup, safety protocols, and workflow scheduling.Quality Assurance: Ensure the project is delivered to the highest construction standards, focusing on quality, safety, and compliance with all building codes and regulations.Team Leadership: Direct and manage site personnel, trades, and subcontractors, fostering a productive and safe working environment.Progress Monitoring: Track project milestones and ensure on-site progress aligns with the project timeline and budget, reporting regularly to the Project Manager and key stakeholders.Problem Solving: Identify and mitigate risks, swiftly resolving any on-site issues to minimize delays and keep the project moving forward efficiently.About You:
We are seeking a driven and hands-on Senior Site Manager with a strong background in managing large commercial construction sites and a keen eye for detail.
Extensive Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in site management, overseeing large-scale commercial projects valued at $30M+.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and coordinate site activities to meet project goals.Technical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, on-site safety practices (OH&S), and building regulations.Proactive and Solution-Oriented: Skilled at identifying potential issues early and implementing effective solutions to keep the project on track.Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to maintain clear communication with team members, subcontractors, and senior project leaders.Why Join Schiavello?
